From one former wuss to another, there was only one girl that I ever had the nerve to ask out while she had a boyfriend. All of the other times, I sat around waiting for the girl's to dump or get dumped by their current boyfriends. I didn't know the guy personally and she was a close friend of mine. He was kind of a douche, so I didn't mind scooting in on her. We have been married for 11 years now.

She is not married or engaged. Nut up and ask her out.

Now that you know that she has a boyfriend, you don't have to give up entirely. 99% of girls with boyfriends will still end up single at some point. Don't hang around or contact her too much or you will move into the friend zone. but occasional communication is good.

And if you talk to her, never say "Nothing new going on," Makes you look boring. Remember, you lead the exciting life. When she becomes single, she will let you know.

Some investments don't pan out. But it doesn't mean that you don't try.
