Car repair shops?

I need to get a timing belt replaced as well as the CV joints. Would greatly appreciate any recommendations of shops to call. I'm in Northwest Austin

I have a Toyota that I take to Japanese Auto Tech near Burnet and Rutland. That's my recommendation since you also have a jap car.

I used Brownie's Automotive when I was going to school. I had several friends who used him and ended up taking my 96 Mustang GT there a couple of times. I had friends who took Toyotas and Nissans there as well. Always did good work fast and the prices seemed very reasonable. Not to mention, Brownie is a really cool guy.

I generally like Groovy near campus but have found a place on Manor, almost at the RR Tracks called FunkAMotive. Great guy there and they do sound work and you get what you pay for. I highly recommend it/them. Call for they are a smaller shop (2 mechanics) and go mostly by appointment.
