Can Trump unify the Republican Party?

I don't know anybody who doesn't want to see an aggressive response to ISIS.

The current Administration and the entire "Assad must go" faction are half-assing it against ISIS because they know ISIS is also fighting Assad.

Thus far, neither has Trump, but his take on Islam is such that I think he would realize our war on terror is mired in contradiction.

Ironic considering that Trump might be the most contradictory candidate in the history of modern politics.

As far as increasing defense spending, that's a mischaracterization. Trump states he wants to strengthen and rebuild the military but also wants payment from Japan and European countries if we are going to continue to provide for their defenses. It would be an about face from the current imperialistic policy which requires more and more expenditures to not only topple regimes, but then deal with aftermath.

Trump has said everything you say he said (not all of which I disagree with), but he has also said explicitly that he would increase defense spending. Of course, tomorrow he might say he supports completely eliminating the military, but as of right now, he supports an increase.

This is solid collection, if you have ~13m -- some of it brutal
I hear the Trump folks have a lot of this type of thing ready to go - using Clinton to bang on Clinton

How anybody can take her remotely seriously is beyond me. If the GOP didn't nominate a freak show, she'd get clobbered.

Her "tell" when she lies is so obvious. I'm quite interested in body language, and am by no means an expert...that being said, Hillary should never play poker.
Her body language when she lies is terrible.

Yet once again, he media has steered us to the "shiny object". HC's emails mysteriously disappear, the Clinton Foundation looks to be exposed, and the story on every news is all about a possible fake Trump interview from several years ago. >sigh<

Could Trump's candidacy be the start of a new trend? Instead of maggot politicians campaigning for office who merely represent oligarchs, we'll just have the actual oligarchs run directly.

The emails may have disappeared, but they probably aren't gone for good. Judge Napolitano suggests they could very well show up again. The Kremlin may decide to release them.

I still say Trump will find a reason to withdraw before election day ... since he's now the presumptive GOP nominee.

I believe his intent all along has been to BUY the POTUS, not BE the POTUS.

He's led a life of "having people" for this/that/other. Having POTUS would simply be the ultimate ... and the largest deal he's made (... the scam perpetrated against the US Electorate. presumably eligible citizens)

Yes, the one clear advantage an #HisSilentinBengHazi administration brings is a rally point for the GOP; the 3rd consecutive loss. So for at least 4 years, GOP party politics might actually align with something which is proper governance; gridlock in Washington.

Mia Love has proposed single item bills bill ... it should have a rider which would also require a period of appeals bills! :)

I'm not so sure he'll withdraw, but I agree that he never intended to be POTUS. He's a dog chasing his tail, and has no idea what he'll do when he catches it.

LOL ...

nice image.

Because of his previous activity ... and his lacking substantive positions on the full array of issues ... some of which are supposed to be State issues ... some of which are Fed issues and less than complete.

I think he will enact something ... IDK what just yet, it's too early to tell, but something will happen to which he'll be able to point with some validity --- handing-over the office to #HisSilentinBengHazi if she avoids indictment.

This is why Cruzers need to continue.

At this point, my option is Gary Johnson, or write-in Cruz ... or maybe the junior senator from Oklahoma who could then appoint Cruz as Scalia's successor.

tough year
