Burn it down!!

I’m afraid I have come, finally, to the same conclusion. Doesn’t mean I can do a blasted thing about it but I can smell something when it stinks. And this smell largely wafts from the coaching staff. This team should have more wins with Casey or Card, personally I prefer Casey but that’s just a personal opinion.
Gotta like what you saw from Card down the stretch today...looked like a guy getting more comfortable to me

For the fans that were super hard triggered by Herman, this is going to be tough for them to realize that Sark isn’t very good.

I don’t disagree the pass to Worth was a beaut but the two previous overthrows were a concern. Both he and Casey were high tonight (throws I mean) but Card definitely looked better . Of course I’ll never understand why we didn’t run more, particularly Robinson.

beijeng,

I do not, nor have I ever liked Herbstreit, but I invite you to visit his comments about Sark & our program this morning on GameDay.

We have serious cancer in the locker room and as he said, Sark needs to and will get rid of them starting next Saturday.

Lame excuse, NO! It was created and nurtured by Tommie Herman, whom I might add is the biggest mistake in judgement I ever made since I supported his hiring whole heartedly.

I remember how psyched we were when we saw the Ala game scheduled. We were thinking we’d be competitive after that great game against LSU. Now I wish we did not have them on the schedule, heck I wish we weren’t heading for SEC. at least I hope we do not rush it.

Sabre-I guess you are a BMD?

Why don’t you name these cancers?

I am NOT a BMD

Why don't you put me on ignore since you clearly are here to stir up **** and never have a ******* clue what you're talking about. With that I bid you a F.O.N.D. farewell.

As for naming the cancers, call your good friend Tommie Herman and ask him.

No one gives a damn what he says.

Your farewell to him is perfect.

:beertoast:

I'm not really upset at this point.
Our defense sucks.
Our QBs are not good.
We have two players on this team worth stepping on the field. Bijan and Worthy.
There was a report suggesting up to 40 players would hit the portal at end of season.
Get the f**k out!
I don't care if we win another game this season or next.
If we can hold a decent recruiting class together start them all next year.
If a player goes two games making the same mistake bench them.
If any player celebrates and gets flagged after scoring or any other play while down more than 14 points they run steps the next practice.
This isn't a rebuild.
It's a reboot.
Newbie huh

I don't know why, but Casey has accuracy issues that would embarrass Tyrone Swoopes. Thumb, lack of confidence, who the hell knows what is wrong. But he can't hit the broad side of a barn any more.

Not a Herman fan but mostly because he didn’t win enough. The EOT drama was annoying and needed to be disciplined and squelched. The other Herman stuff didn’t freak me out. I was glad when he kicked Georgia and Utah’s *** but was pissed that every game we played was close.

Sabre-Just suggesting you name the cancers, like you wanted Brian Jones to.

HIC- Not trying to be popular. But If you are you’re doing a bad job.

I bet you're* a lot of fun in person. You should come to the next HF meet up so you can meet Sabre, me, and some others.

I imagine you would be the life of the party.

And on that last Casey intercept....JWhitt was crossing open and CT didnt have the whatever to throw so he looked it off and saw #8 his safety net and just chunked it for grabs into double coverage. Should have been a relatively easy throw to Whitt around the 15 yard line.

It almost seems like Casey is shaving points. What's going on now can't be a lingering injury. I just don't get it, he was a totally different QB for 5 games in a row, and now his passing is worse than Rob Moerschell.

When Griff and Fozz talk about there being cancer in the locker room do you give them any cred?
They aren't BMD but even you understand They would know

I wonder if they have specific evidence they see of this or if they just figure there can't be any other explanation for how far we're underachieving?

No way to know But I took from their words they had been in the locker room themselves
We know that like Mack Sark has welcomed and encouraged former players to be around the program.
Since they are with LHN wouldn't you think they spend time with players?

I hope they do not spend a lot of time with the current players. Current players ought to have a lot better things to do than pal around with 30-something broadcasters.

With that said, I do believe Griff and Fozz have plenty of inside information that most people are not privy to.

Sangre I didn't mean to imply Fozz and Griff said or suggested they "palled around" with the team.:confused2:
But where do you think they would get credible "inside information "?

Obviously there are problems in the locker room.
Losing brings that out. If this team is 10-0 the locker room would be awesome.

When Texas is 4-7, everybody is talking crap. I don’t think the players talked crap till after OU. Maybe a little after the Pigs, because coaches obviously did not prepare them going into that jungle.
The locker room was happy after the LaLa game. They probably lost trust in the coaches for not doing something to stop the bleeding in the OU game. Should they? Not on paper, but it was epic
and they are young.
I lost trust in the coaches since that historic meltdown.
I’m pretty sure he lost the locker room after OU.

Today’s 4 star players don’t come here to sweat their *** off, listen to coaches non stop for a year about how to be better and then play on a crappy team. They are looking around thinking -we got good players, but why aren’t we good?
They had high hopes when they committed in their auditoriums of being stars on a great team. So I don’t think the players were negative in the spring or before OU. Sark meanwhile doesn’t seem too excited about anything.

Re-Griff and Fox—-LHN guys aren’t allowed to talk bad about the coaches on air. Never really did against Strong or Herman. So what are they going to say?
