Brisket Price Thread

Fied, call ahead and let them know what you're looking for. They always tell me this when I go in and can't find the exact brisket I want.
 
I went to Costco first last night and bought an 10.8 pound brisket. USDA Choice $1.59 per pound. I went to HEB afterwards for some grocery shopping and it was $1.75 at HEB - I looked and could not find USDA Select marking (or Choice for that matter) but most of their meat was Select so I bet it was Select.

In that case, great deal. Choice at CostCo and cheaper too.
 
Was there a Randall's Card or minimum Purchase of other items required?

Also, do you know what grade the meat is?
