Brisket chili?

This is how I made mine:

2.5 pounds beef brisket cut into cubes
1 pound ground turkey
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 chopped jalapenos
3 cans of HEB diced tomatoes Chili Style
1 can drained pinto beans (I like beans, hey this isn't a competition for me)
3-4 tablespoons chile powder
2 1/2 tablespoons cumin ground
pinch of brown sugar
pinch of ground mustard
pinch oregano

Brown the turkey and onions (used some pam). Add salt and pepper to taste. Add remaining ingredients, stir cover and simmer 3 hours.

I changed Jelly's recipe slightly. It came out amazing. Best bowl of chili I have ever had.
