Boudin stuffed porkchops in Ft. Worth

Anyone know of a cajun market in Ft. Worth? I've been ordering out of LA. but that is getting old. I just want to be able to run by a store and pickup quality cajun fare from time to time.

ok that sounds awesome. where have you been ordering them out of LA? my folks live in NO and my dad is coming into town (austin) in a couple weeks. if it is near NO, I am having him bring some with him.

as to local places, if there is a central market near you, i'd bet that if you call the meat market in advance and tell them what you want, they'd do it for you. they have always been receptive to special orders like that from me in austin.
