I didn't realize that about Walker, point noted. It is brought up all the time about Obama being Harvard law review editor, then there is the claim he didn't actually write anything for it while he was that?!? Having never read the Harvard law review I just expected it to be noteworthy but then don't know what to think about the claim he didn't actually write for it as well? Seems like a WTF factoid to be vetted.

Running for PotUSA is a very public thing but where we draw the line shouldn't differ too much from candidate to candidate is partially my point. Don't give people a pass if you are a journalist unless you are giving the same pass to all.(nice theory anyway)

We are in the age of teleprompters though so anyone can be anyone if they can read with authority. Not that anything has to be read before it is signed.

FWIW, I know an appellate court judge in Austin who was on law review with Obama. He says Obama was pretty sharp. And he's a Republican and generally against everything Obama stands for. I will say this. Most people who make Law Review have good grades. Is it possible to make Law Review without good grades? Yes. I have read the Harvard Law Review before, but to be honest, I don't know it well enough to know who actually penned the articles when he would have been a student. For a Texas lawyer in private practice, Harvard Law Review is somewhat of a waste of time. UT's law review or Baylor's law review would be much more relevant.

As for Walker, he dropped out and apparently wasn't a particularly good student, but you'd never know it by listening to them. Some guys are like that. I have a bachelors degree in accounting and a law degree. My older brother dropped out of junior college and only graduated from high school because of a clerical error. Who's smarter? He is, and it's not close. If you talked to him, you'd think he was a friggin' rocket scientist.
 
Yeah. And it took FOX news analysts about 20 minutes to understand that a child of US mother born out of the country with a foreign national as a father, is perfectly qualified by birth to be a US President ... if he is Ted Cruz.
 
Has an expert looked at the birth certificate yet? As far as we know it could be a joke by Malik.
