Its in the highlight video, I about choked. lol.... did any one hear him say "send him some spam, going fishing" (something very near that) when one of the batters swung at a ball down low? :facepalm: Like dude, please shut up.


On another note, damn Stevens' last pitch in the highlight video, that pitch looks like it moves 4-5 feet :popcorn:, love what i saw, no one is hitting that pitch....no one. If everything comes together damn this could be fun to watch.
 
The Big 12 announcers’ projections for hosting regional seeds are garbage. Bunch of teams not nearing 40 wins hosting instead of us???? Total bs. Also, they have as hosts, various teams much lower ranked than us in the Official RPI Rankings, as posted on the Official NCAA site. Total garbage.
 
We’re sort of on the bubble. Although any objective committee would have us as a shoe in for a regional host. 40 + wins, top 16 RPI ranking, superior stats, …
 
Ok State leads Baylor 5-1 in the 4th. Loser eliminated.

We play TCU at 4 pm

KSU v WV at noon (loser eliminated)

Interesting that the SEC Tournament is getting massively rain-delayed. Would like to see those teams wear down their pitchers with multiple games bunched up towards the end of the weekend. Just ask Arkansas and Tennessee if it was worth it last year (the Pigs beat Tennessee 7-2 in that final, and then lost in their own Super).

typically they put a lot of weight in the rpi but can always make excuses to go with someone else and that’s where some of the drama comes from. Oh well.
I would rather see us go on the road, sends the message to the team they aren’t respected, might elevate their play to dominate their region. Having said that, if we at least get into the semifinal game of the tournament, I would expect we get a regional cause it reinforces our rpi.

if it’s going to affect their starting pitching for the real tournament, they aren’t going to pitch those guys. Wouldn’t make any sense at all.
