Yes, it is. But it's both parties doing it.
Obvious the nature of EOs matters but imo the quantity is also a legitimate concern because EOs are used primarily to avoid the need to legislate, to get around congressional action hence oversight. Don’t like that aspect regardless of who’s Pres. Now of course I do admit when I like the order I’m not quite as upset - old hypocrite me.
Apparently he is considering an EO requiring Covid testing prior to every domestic flight. I truly think someone else is already pulling the strings. That will kill the already depleted airline industry.

I'll delete my post. The jobs or the environment questions are a legit point of contention. I favor fracking because it releases very efficient clean burning fossil fuels. Piplines are generally more efficient and environmentally friendly than other forms of fuel transport. That said ... eliminating keystone pipeline makes the economics of extracting oil from Canadian tar sands unworkable...and thats a good thing
Much environmental destruction will be thereby avoided
