The choices are many. They can range from being purely inspirational, to cool theme music, just neat credits - or it was cool when you were a kid.

These are at least some of my top picks:

First thing that came to mind was "The Rifleman". When I was in a church band we used to sneak in the "Simon and Simon" theme in during the greeting time. Not ONCE did someone come up to us and tell us they noticed it. hah.

I can't stand the 'Enterprise' opening. It's mainly the song that I can't stand.

But I do love the Stargate SG1 opening. Especially if you sing the song that the Deluise kids thought of:

The Simpsons opening has always been good. They change up what Bart writes on the blackboard, and they trick up the Simpsons all running into the living room.

Not sure if they started doing that on day one, but there have been some funny ones.
