You and I have similar taste. I would put Bone Thugs high on my list as well. For many folks this album could only be mentioned in a "guilty pleasures" thread due to the fact that many of the lyrics are about smokin up and Mr. Ouija and such. The album is rarely mentioned in Best Of lists, but I think it is a classic. I've had some great times listening to Bone -- I remember some moments that went by in slow motion when listening to Buddah Lovaz, Budsmokas Only, and Mo Murda.

smoke, smoke, smokin that hydro

Enter the Wu was mentioned, and it's great.

I saw RZA at Emo's a few weeks ago and when he did "Wu-Tang Clan Ain't Nuthing ta F' Wit" the crowd went completely bonkers.

ghetto boys---gansta of love, mimd like a lunatick, size ain't ******** I along with my buddy in law school saw them and Two Live Crew in Houston, we were literally the only two white people there and the Music house seated about 10,000 and it was packed. The follies of youth--and alcohol.

Since 2000?

Paul Wall & Chamillionaire - Get Ya Mind Correct
Z-Ro - Life of Joseph W. McVey/Let the Truth Be Told
Slim Thug - Already Platinum
8ball & MJG - Livin Legends
Jay-Z had a couple of good ones
2pac - Better Dayz

I just wanted to clarify that reasons 1 and 1a for choosing Aquemini over ATLiens are Spottieottiedopealiscious and Liberation. Those songs don't even qualify as rap, they are in a class all their own.
