Bernie Marcus says it's time to fight

I read Marcus' comments and honestly I can't say there is a lot I disagree with. I hope we are not using the IRS, SEC and Justice dept to go after political foes. I didn't like that in the Bush administration and I sure as hell wouldn't like that now.
I believe business regulation should be intelligent, but it has to be there. After Wall Street, Fannie and Freddie put our economy on course for disaster I think it only smart to make rules that prevent their gambling with public money. But needless, stupid regulation should be whacked back. I honestly think Bill Clinton was pretty good at that.
