Beat OU!!!!!

What happened to J.Lewis? After hitting the big 3-pointer in Lubbock I was surprised he didn't play last night.

Wins at this time of year are nothing to complain about.

The good and bad for this team is that it plays to the level of it's competition. They play the tough teams close and they play the weak teams close.

Victory!!!!!!

On to Kansas on Saturday, C'mon boys, give me HELL!!!!

Lewis was out with back problems. Not sure why Barnes didn't play Chapman in the second half, but Holmes was having a pretty good game. Chapman didn't play much in the first half either. Phog Allen will be a test. I expect the game to follow the usual scenario. They will get down big in the first 8-10 minutes and then battle back never reaching the top of the mountan and finally being closed out for an 8-12 point loss. Hope I'm wrong, but this team has not varied from its pattern much this year. We are who we are.

Great final two minutes in the ou game. The team turned its season long weakness (folding in the last two minutes) into a strength against ou.

I really liked how J Brown scored AND dished the ball when driving to give his team mates easy baskets. ou was collapsing on J Brown and he found the open man.

Also, very nice to see kabongo make those steals down the stretch.

Nice win guys!

Good point about J'Covan driving. All of those possessions when they're just standing around and not moving? That's when they need to drive (probably him only - Kabongo has trouble in crowds) and there's 3 good things that can happen: drives and scores, drives and gets fouled, drives and draws the defense in and he kicks out to an open shooter.

It's the just standing and then firing up a 3 that causes their biggest offense problems.

Hook'em!!!
