Great effort, too bad they came up just a bit short. They have already come a long way under Briles.

Griffin is going to be special. He looked like a freshman at times tonight, but that is to be expected. We are very happy to have Briles at the helm. His play calling tonight was exceptional. I think the future is bright with Briles and Griffin.

Do you think we can pull off the victory against the AGS in Waco this year? If the line came out this week, I think the Bears might be favored.

Two nights in a row I've watched visiting teams not coach out a win. There had to be better options for moving the chains into field goal range on that last drive. One bad choice run to the right on 2nd down. One poor play development that stopped the 3rd down, and then a low percentage throw down field to the sidelines for more yardage than was necessary.

I've gained in confidence and appreciation for Longhorn coaching.

We are poised, rested and ready!!
