Mercedes Walker just evened the score at 28 points each. Mercedes makes makes two Courtney Paris' in width. Despite the grand size she is running keeping up with the smaller players. Dunno for how long. as you can imagine, she is hard to stop when she gets the ball under the basket.

baylor got a break there. Marcedes fouled out. It looked to me like another pitt player committed the foul but Marcedes (yep its spelled with an a vice e) was called.

Baylor has been hangin on with a chance to get even 56-53, Pitt with 3:50 to go.

It's not often that I root for Baylor but I wanted a good showing from the Big 12. Rats. OSU is down to the number 11 seed Floriday State - 20 secs to go. Again, I want Big 12 to advance but I just don't like Riley... tied at 13 ses... time out.

i don't care for Riley either after i saw her behavior in the tournament game against Texas.

i understand competitive, that was just plain dirty and i was surprised and grateful no Texas player retaliated (during the game).

the big 12 will probably go 2-2 tonight and i am fine with that. baylor helped the conf go 8-0 in round one but i am happy to see them out of the tourney. bye bye bears.
