First of all, I don't want Barnes to leave. He has done a great job at Texas and is a perfect fit for our program. Our team is loaded team for the forseeable future. Plus we have unlimited resources and heightening national recognition that will allow this type of success to continue, without the unrealistic pressure that comes with being the coach at a school like Kentucky.
With that said, if Barnes did leave, I would go get former Texas assistant Frank Haith who is the coach at Miami. He has done wonders for that program. If not him, then go after another successful former Texas assistant Ken McDonald from Western Kentuckuy
There is no way that Texas would even consider a coach like Calipari. At least I hope not.
