Bama Clemson Ohio State ND

No ags.......YEA!!! I will say, if ND hadn't beaten Clemson during the regular season, the ags might have snuck in. Thank God they didn't.
 
Yeah...poor Aggies. Must really suck to have been closer to the CFP then Texas has ever been or likely will for years to come.
 
To state the obvious, the Aggy brand lacks cachet. Outside of College Station and their exes, few are interested. That changed for a while due to Manziel. But that was short lived...

Just my opinion but it seems that nobody takes Aggy seriously, except Aggy.

Not sorry for the aggys but another year and the committee yet again with an impossible decision. How good are Indiana and Northwestern really? Is Ohio State really deserving? ATM only lost to Bama and beat Florida. Florida was toe to toe with Bama. Outside of Clemson without Lawrence, what was NDs best win? Are they really better than ATM? Or Florida even?

When people — on the national stage — hate you, talk about you or make fun of you (Herbstreit- Cesspool) that means they care about you.

There is no such interest in Aggy.

All true but it matters not. TV sets =$$$$$
Nobody needs to kid themselves that this is a real playoff. It is an exercise in finding the biggest entertainment revenue.
But at least we don have to watch another OU playoff loss.

I think they did not want to tarnish the image of college football with those silly fellas in farmer garb doing midnight chants the night before the game. Then there is those core turds slobbering on a bunch of aggie broads during the game. Embarrassing. Nobody thinks those aggie traditions are worth a sh-t except aggies and they seem to add a few each year.

Committee head said ND had 2 big wins against Clemson and Indiana (I think). Aggy had just one against the Gators. Florida losing 3 games hurt the Ags and Committee believed ND had a stronger schedule. Not their fault, but other than Florida, did any other Aggy opponents they beat have a winning record?
 
That and it was the 4 spot, which is going to play Alabama.

ATM already played and lost by 28, and there's no big change in the teams since then (unlike Clemson who had to sit a 100% healthy Lawrence after a Wuhan test), so why bother with a rematch?

ND will probably get smoked too, but at least it'll be a fresh matchup.
 
Heard that the opening spread is NC -6!! That should chap aggy asses even more than getting omitted. Vegas isn’t impressed with aggy. Go Mack!

Not that you're wrong but that's the worst logic ever for determining a playoff. Had Florida beaten Bama would they have been left out? I mean they would have had 2 losses still to aggy and LSU and one win over Bama is still only one win. ND didn't win their conference and they still got in, Bama would still probably be in as well even with a loss. Its just too arbitrary and $$$ driven. The CFP has been and continues to be a sham.
