1. Texas vs. A&M (Fri) - 6603 (Reckling record)
2. Texas vs. Rice - 5199
3. Texas vs. A&M (Sun) - 5011
4. A&M vs. Rice - 4665
5. Rice vs. George Mason - 4355
6. A&M vs. George Mason - 4243

Anyone notice a pattern there?

FYI, The previous record attendance (5500) was set in 2010 in a game between the Horns and Owls.

Some other stats.... Prior to tonight's game, Big 12 is 11-4 overall. TCU and OkState already in Super Regional.

Also, watching Ole Miss game right now... they do not have an SEC logo on their uniforms (or profile outline of the state of Mississippi).... and no SEC on the wall behind home plate. Just great big o"OleMiss."

By the way, they have a terrific ball park and huge turnout.

Their ballpark is very close to The Grove. I saw it when we went to the football game. It is an absolutely beautiful park.

Ole Miss does have a pretty park, but when it's hot and humid, it feels like hell.

It also is inhabited by arrogant SEC pricks.
