Let's just say UT athletics considered looks and personality when hiring this one...She's blonde and in her 20s

I hope they considered the job she will be able to do, not just looks. She doesn't seem to have any background in basketball, only with the LPGA. Maybe I am wrong on that, but that is all I could find.

Kowal may have been prickly, but she certainly was one of the best SIDs in the business.

Wonder what she is doing now.

The personality will be a big difference. And I doubt that she thinks she will get by on her looks. Chris has a good track record on making hires for the women sports. I have no reason to think that this hire will not turn out to be outstanding. Welcome, Ashley.
