Wiswall works a full count and then gets base hit up middle. Runner was going on pitch so runners on corners for BC. Army starter is wearing down. Head coach out to talk to his pitcher. They are playing the Patton theme in the background.

FEDEX (or someone else that's not as clueless as I apparently am right now)... the ESPN gametracker link shows bottom of the 3rd... what gives?
 
I honestly can't root for or against either team in this game. Both have impressed me a great deal.

I hate to bring this up ... but what if Army-B.C. goes extra innings? LoL
 
Bottom Seven:

First batter gets opposite field leadoff single.

aggy falls behind Oregon State early 1-0 and bases are loaded with no outs in first.
 
SAC bunt moves runner to second. New pitcher on for Eagles.

Baylor adds two more and is up 4-2 on Minnesota.

Oregon State now up 4-0 on aggy.
 
Have to go to work so someone else will have to take this one home. See you all tonight for the Texas game.

Bayuk done with 2 outs in the 7th. Army snuck one across to take a 4-3 lead. On to T8.

"They are playing the Patton theme in the background. " Coach Aoki can't catch a break after his complaint of our playing of Cotton Eyed Joe. They were really pouring it on him last night. Only thing they didn't play was Amy's Back In Austin.

Heck, they even played Rupp's batting song in the very late innings in hopes of getting him off his 12 K performance... I shoulda mentioned that to him.

Sudol PH for Darling. He was 0-7 last night with that magical "hey, how ya doin' " stand up out at 3rd when he mysteriously tried to stretch something he shouldn't have stretched.
 
We are going to B8 with a 1-2-3 inning by BC. They'll have 3 outs to get to tonight's game; otherwise, we'll get a scrappy Army squad.

Proud to see either one make it throught to Game #6.

Dennhardt in to pitch B8. He's the wild pitch kiddo from last night and he got the loss. Sounds like Dennhardt will also hit since they've lost their DH.
 
Closer from 1st to mound - McHague (sp?). Infield changes @1st and 2nd. Opposing hitters hitting 187 but he has a propensity for walks.

If BC advances, they deserve a big cheer from the Texas crowd when they take the field against us. After that, I hope we beat them 10-0.
 
ok i guess it was a HBP. just saw it was a full count, guess it doesnt matter anyways as if it hit him it was a ball for sure. 1-2 to wiswall....

Boston College. CONGRATULATIONS on an AMAZING season! They thought Wiz beat the throw and it appeared to Craig and Keith that he did beat it. Dang.
