Are we still one coach short? If so Why?

Whoa, what is "good"because he has more recruiting skins than most of our other coaches.

If he is indeed the guy, I'm not very impressed, he is not a great recruiter. Couple that with Giles not being the greatest recruiter and we don't seem to be getting the most out of a second coach for basically the same position group.

I was hoping for someone that would be a good compliment to the abilities of Giles. Giles is a great coach but a less impressive recruiter. I wanted someone that was a really good recruiter to help Giles in that area. As a coach, I don't know how good Hagen is, but I looked him up and didn't see where he was doing much as a recruiter at any of his stops.
