Ageed, but tOSU has to replace nearly every starter on defense and will have a new D coordinator. They may be talented but also inexperienced.
 
Texas will win and TexAgs will claim Texas got lucky again like beating Michigan this past year. They will bemoan our inclusion in the CFP, etc. because it’s a signature win on the road.

That extra blocker while the qb runs is valuable to convert a third down. A running qb creates all sorts of problems for the defense especially when he is rolling out and then could pass or run.
