Here is my accounting of this week.

David Cook is the best and the most talented and should win,

Seyesha is easy on the eyes, but I have no interest in hearing her sing.

Archeletta makes me want to change the channel.

Aggie makes me want to punch the tv bad.

Brooke, I like. She has had a couple of bad weeks. Tuesday though she did the second song very well.... which brings me to this.

David Cook did the right thing. I knew the Alive song he sang only because I actually own a DVD of a concert of Neil from the 80s. I LOVE Neil. Most don't know that he wrote several songs for the Monkees. I'm a Believer and Shades of Grey being two of them. (He also was the original artist and different version of Red, Red, Wine, which UB40 turned into a reggae hit in the 90s).
It was amazing how badly ALL of these people did Neil's songs, save Cook. Cook did the right thing by picking songs that people hadn't heard, and so we didn't compare him to Neil.

All the other sucked this week. I did like Brooke sitting behing the piano singing I am I said.... And I LOVE that song.
