Here's the rub:
Refusing to let a pitcher play in a little league game simply because he's better than everyone else is unfair to the kid. Some of us are more gifted than others at certain activities/skills/etc.
OTOH, if you have a kid who's been coached/trained/given special advantages through advannce training/etc that the other kids have not, then it becomes unfair to the other kids. It's like using a Div 1-AA athlete to play HS sports.
