Well this kind of an update: my grandfather on my dad's side was hit up with prostate cancer. He underwent some treatment and had surgery. When they went back to the doctor for the check-up they found that there was no cancer. Please pray that it stays away.
Now my grandmother on my mom's side just recently had hernia surgery. It's been a rough decade for my grandmother with her losing my uncle in Sept. '00 (killed in the line of duty)and my Paw-Paw in Nov. '05 (lung cancer). Please for my entire family on that side.
Now my extended family; my best friend's mother still is fighting cancer. She has an awesome spirit from what my friend tells me and has kept her sense of humor. Please pray that her spirit remains high and that she can beat cancer again.
My dog, Major will be 13 on Dec. 5th. He was diagnosed with crones disease back in July. Vet gives him a year to live, tops. He's getting pretty skinny and I'm giving him all his medicine. He's not in any pain from what I can tell...he is a tough dog, though; just kinda frail. Please pray for God's hand on that situation.
Kinda funny story about my dog. When me and my last girlfriend were together she asked me who I would mourn more, her or my dog. I, of course, said her. When she broke up with me, I cried more and harder when the vet gave me the bad news about my dog. Major wins!
Now for me to be selfish. I praise the Lord for a healthy nephew. He has me wrapped around his little finger and he is just awesome! Also pray that I can find another job here kinda soon...I am about to lose my mind at the one I have now. You know what I'm talking about if you've read other posts of mine.
I wanna pray for all the hornfan prayer board, that we all have a healthy and great holiday and that we're all celebrating a Holiday Bowl win come Dec. 27th.
