I'm from Pville and I know him personally, so I know for a rfact he's leaning toward LSU or Texas, but honestly, probably a little more toward LSU. His cousin went there

Sorry for the double post but, I just got word today at school that he really wants to go to Stanford now, because he says that he doesn't think he will end up going pro so he wants the best education he can get. This is according to another football player friend of mine.

I don't know many young prospects being recruited by the likes of Texas and LSU who think they already have no shot at going pro. Sounds weird.

I know how you feel, when the kid told me this I was shocked that he thought that being the #1 DE in Texas and maybe a top 10 in the country, and my thoughts were that I wouldn't want that kid on my team if he thought that way.

poster didn't say alex said he had no shot, just that he didn't think he would go pro. maybe he doesn't want to play nfl football even if given the chance. that would be odd, but maybe he's got different things in mind for his future.
