Bad handling of a minor crisis, stumbling on simple answers and not enough details about his policies did more to derail his campaign, than the 3 affairs.

Agree. Having affairs doesn't disqualify a politician from office, imo. It may show they are sleazy, a hypocrite, or worse, but it doesn't mean they can't be a good/adequate politician.

But Cain has done himself no favors with his other actions.

Apparently Mr. Cain didn't want to still be a candidate when all allegations get played out in press. (Can you even imagine having a 13-year affair and your wife finding out about it -when you're running for President of all things?) You can blame media, but usual blame starts with personal introspection.
