Probably figured they weren't likely to get a stop regardless. You'll have to onside at some point, maybe trying it earlier ups the odds a bit.

I haven't seen him play baseball. Assuming he is as good at baseball as he is at football I'd say stick with baseball. He will be broken in half in the NFL. I'm just waiting for Lamar Jackson to get hurt. QB's who live to run die by the run in the NFL.
