I once caught flak for noting that this thread might be evidence that we Longhorns are a bit obsessed about the Aggies. That was more than a year ago, I think. Here it is -- still at the top of the Board and still going strong almost 2 1/2 years since the first post. Nah--we're not obsessed. ;)

Really? We've all been locked up for weeks, so it is only natural that we would seek humor anywhere we can get it. Where easier to get a laugh than Aggieland?

That might explain two months out of the two and half years, and I'm sure we have some explanation for the rest, too, to avoid the obvious. ;)
 
Oh my gosh I haven't thought about listeater in about 10 years. What a blast from the past!

For those of you who weren't in the message board loop back then, here's a news story about it:
List-Eater On the Loose in Texas

Basically, students had to wait in line for priority bowl game tickets in College Station. They were going to the Cotton Bowl after the 2004 season. Kids put their names on a list and camped out. She went up to the front of the line on the morning of the draw, angered people who saw she was cutting, and then ATE THE ******* LIST. If you're going to commit, then commit, I say.

Yeah, Listeater was just one of many, many really HOT coeds at agricultural & mechanical college of Texas. :rolleyes1:

My Aggie relatives were so pumped because they had an "in" with a BMD from Dallas who was on the board of the Cotton Bowl and lots of city connections. I believe they had about a dozen seats together near the 50 yard line about 10 rows up. None of them made it to the end of the game.
 
Aggies last won a national championship the year the Fuhrer CRUSHED Poland. They are closing in on a serious shot at the SEC West though and that means a legit shot at a championship so the Poles should be worried
