was very amazed yesterday...in Home Depot, I actually saw an old guy proudly wearing his shirt that aggy printed up for the 2011 Thanksgiving game...you know, the one that gives us eternal scoreboard. Wish I could have had the camera ready when he turned and noticed my Texas hat

Former Texas A&M star Johnny Manziel returned to College Station this weekend for an autograph session that drew nearly 400 fans. Tickets for the event, which ranged from $125 to $155 dollars, sold out in a day.

Some stood in line — at times in 100-degree heat — for three hours to meet the 2012 Heisman-winning Texas A&M quarterback Sunday at Aggieland Outfitters where he hosted his first public autograph signing session since being drafted last year by the Cleveland Browns.

[The event] sold out in less than 24 hours on two separate occasions.

I am in Destin on vacation. There is Bama and Florida paraphernalia everywhere. We (my kids) have been in two Lids stores. This is the heart of SEC country. They have Florida, Florida State, Bama, UNC, etc. They have a few Oklahoma and Oklahoma State hats. I even found one stack of Texas Tech hats. Other than Florida schools, the teams with the most hats etc was Texas and Bama.

They don't have one Aggie hat, lanyard, cup, shot glass, banner or ANYTHING. I asked the clerk and he just laughed and said, "We don't carry them". I took a few photos. I found a hat for every other SEC school. I didn't take a picture of every rack but I took a few. I'm sure my first thread will get locked down sooner or later, but it was laughable and I had to share it. Hook'em!​
