While the NCAA doesn't have a mercy rule, conferences and some tournaments might have one. I believe the SEC has one during conference games. I saw a SEC score the other day and it said final 8 innings.

B12 used to have one for Sunday conference games. Maybe they still do.

I seem to recall the sunday rule is they have to be finished by a certain time to allow for reasonable travel home. Maybe I have it wrong?
