That game looks huge at the moment. It's in Austin, hopefully at night. WVU has ISU and Baylor (Thurs game) in between while we have Baylor and OSU. I am not sure who thought back in August this would be a battle of two top 10 teams but it's now very possible.
I always twice when Miami losesWas about to rejoice in Miami being down 10 in the 4th, but they were 6 spots below us anyway. Not sure why, since we both lost in week 1 but theirs was to LSU. But if they lose here it doesn't matter anyway.
Rock ranked ninth in first regional rankings -
"INDIANAPOLIS – The Slippery Rock University football team was listed ninth in the first set of official NCAA Division II Super Region One rankings, released Monday by the national selection committee.
The regional rankings are the only official ranking used by the NCAA and will be used to determine which seven teams from each of the four super regions will qualify for the 28-team NCAA Division II playoffs."
