Tahoehorn, was the Wiki link suppose to support your contention that he was corrupt? If so, it missed its target.

Whether he is corrupt or not, our laws are suppose to deal with the crime he was charged with and not on his reputation. I have read a lot on this case and it not only doesn't pass the smell test, it ******* stinks like a dead pig.

Seriously, the key witness said he say him with a check from Scrushy when the check wasn't even written for several days afterward. The notes of the witness' 70 interviews by prosecutors wasn't turned over to the defense.

If federal prosecutors under a Democratic administration pulled this **** on Karl Rove, I'd have a ******* problem with it.
