I am still holding onto hope that Tony hasnt turned fully into Dr. Evil and that all of this has been what he had to do just for a chance to get at this group of bad guys. Although that hope is getting slimmer by the second.

Tony is definitely on the dark side but something tells me that he is going to pull a DV at the end and end up somehow saving everyone while dying in the process...until he gets brought back next season.

But it's hard to explain away the way that he just capped those FBI agents as he was trying to steal their Explorer and get away. I don't see him coming back from the other side... I *do* see Jack causing Tony a long and painful death though
