2025 Recruiting - Football

I don't know the kid or the family. For whatever reason, it was a dumb & dangerous stunt. For the first time in decades, I trust our HC & his judgement on these situations and will support his decision.

I agree with this. The kid isn't 5* to risk it so if we're back in on him, I trust coach has gotten good with him.

kids today aren't raised with discipline like in the old days. Even in our day we did stupid immature things so I am a little forgiving. I certainly don't think he should lose the opportunity to make a living because of a stupid decision. Well, i guess he could be a janitor all his life. (Not that there is anything wrong with that). Now, I don't know the particulars of the case whether the victim was hurt or not but kids today, they all seem like they have ADHD or something.

He wanted Tx. Too many unanswered questions. Sark said " no thank you".
Sark probably wanted a 1 year probation period for good measure, but the kid likely didn’t want to pass up the nil money today.

This is a life lesson. Many mistakes (but not all) limit your choices in your life. Yes, you can move forward but with less freedom. It’s rarely all or nothing but loss of options degree by degree. The other side of the coin is to make decisions that increase your options.
