IT confirmed that the in-home visit for CB Denver Harris is still on for tonight.

They also mentioned they don't expect A&M defensive coordinator, Mike Elko, to be on that staff next year.

It's possible they wrote this before the news that Duke was targeting Jason Garrett, but I'll let you know if I see anything.

I understand the head to head. But I think we have sunk a bit. To me, Texas versus Tech shouldn't even have to be explained. In the past it was a no-brainer. Obvious. To go to Tech was settling. To go to Texas was a blessing and a honor.

Maybe Ewers is still in informal negotiations with our coaches for a wink guarantee of starting, and the delay in turning Tech down is to have UT bid up how much they love him.

(but he knows he’s coming here either way)
