2022 NCAA Volleyball Tournament

This TEAM plays better when they let all their stars shine. Every one of these girls has so much talent, and we are better when we utilize all of them.

That was a really really really good team we just beat. And after getting over the service and hitting errors of the first set, we put them away pretty handily.

This Texas team is monstrous when we execute.

Anyone have airline miles they'd like to donate to a broke teacher to fly to Omaha?! :whiteflag:

So excited for these ladies and our coaching staff!:hookem:

These ladies are incredible and Elliot knows what levers to pull and when (or win). Everyone talks about the chemistry on this team and it just oozes. They clearly love playing together.

I follow most of them on social media and there’s a lot of love there. Nobody wants this for Logan Eggleston more than that entire team, coaches and staff. She’s a proven leader and a fantastic person not to mention an ambassador for the school and the game of volleyball. There’s a lot of little girls that want to “be like Logan”. Same for so many on this team.

After that first set I thought they might have our number but massive kudos to the adjustments we made. San Diego was damn good. California really does grow volleyball players.

Texas will definitely not have the crowd on their side Saturday night as the arena will be full of Nebraska fans who are not fond of anything Texas (and an old volleyball rival). The Louisville coach being a former player and coach at Nebraska will only add fuel to that fire. Hopefully we send em all home disappointed

Hopefully, she and Molly will shine as OHs next season. And it's amazing that O'Neal is coming back. She and Bergmark in the middle will be fantastic.
Not seeing Skinner listed. Are you suggesting she's transferring again?

I'm not sure I understand the subs for 1 rotation. Maybe one of you VB experts can explain it to me. If I remember right, during the season Ewert subbed in for 1 rotation and both times she served right into the net. Parra 1 time? I get she is probably better than Molly from the left side, but if that's the case why do you do it only 1 time the whole match?

It sounds like Erik Sullivan will be leaving Texas and taking the head coaching job at UCLA. Great opportunity for him as he is a Ucla alumni. Nothing confirmed but if true I wish him nothing but the best but we can worry about that after the championship on Saturday.:hookem:

Loved the pile-up @ the net then back to position/business in the blink of an eye. This team is amazing. Possibly the deepest team I've ever seen.
I bet San Diego thought they were playing terminator, just a machine that wouldn’t stop.

Kinda what I thought about SD defense. They would chase the ball into the 4th row. We beat a damned good team. Cudos to USD. They have nothing to be ashamed of.
