2018 Senate (& House)

I just can't imagine the media fallout had any Republican Senator called ANY Obama AG a liar, etc., and demanded a resignation 2 months into his or her term.

Joe Wilson called Obama a liar in the middle of the State of the Union. He got skewered. This isn't exactly the same, but it's the closest comparison I can think of.

Yeah. I didn't agree when he did that. Skewered like you said, while Dems flat out don't show up for Trump's address. They call him all sorts of slanderous names on CNN and MSNBC and in the halls of Congress. The media, for the most part, ignores it. If they don't ignore it, in most cases they justify it for those people.

Since the Libs' great plan for America is "Trump is bad" and "let's give everyone something for free", what else would you expect?

Hope there are more - would really like to see the GOP take the House next year.

It'll probably depend on who the Democratic nominee is. If they nominate Biden, they'll probably hold the House, even if they lose the presidential election. If they nominate a crazy person (which is everyone else to varying degrees), they'll probably lose the House, because at least some of the suburban voters who flipped in 2018 would likely flip back. That would probably be enough to take back 2 or 3 of the California seats they lost, maybe 1 or 2 in New York, the Houston seat, and a few others in places like Arizona, Iowa, New Jersey, and a few other places. They only need to pick up 19 total.

Would it surprise you to learn that the top 10 most popular governors are ALL Republican?

Charlie Baker (MA)
Larry Hogan (MD)
Chris Sununu (NH)
Phil Scott (VT)
Mark Gordon (WY)
Doug Burgum (ND)
Asa Hutchinson (AR)
Gregg Abbott (TX)
Bill Lee (TN)
Ron DeSantis (FL)

She is SO tainted
but she is likely immune to any backlash in her district

and it would not be pc to go after her fraud.

Wonder how many times this has happened?

Which poster on here said we could believe the vetting done on refugees we took in from places like Somalia and Syria???

Somalia was better before the US backed the Ethiopian military there in the 90s. A normal poor 3rd world country turned into a real hell hole.

There were 1 MILLION green cards issued to Somalians
BTW Bubba She did not lie to get her brother out of Somalia.
Get some facts before you make silly statements

A. All I knew was that she was Somali American. I did some presumption for fun.
B. He is back in the UK. I mean they're not far away from 3rd world after this brexit thing happens, right?
C. How have you guys not loaded me up with some Okie inbreading cracks. I'm truly disheartened. You're better than that. :)

No Bubba
You assumed.
Assume is a verb that means to suppose, to take for granted, to take upon, to don, or to undertake. In the shared meaning of “to suppose,” presume is usually used when you suppose based on probability, while assume is used when you suppose without any evidence.

I presumed since I based it on probability. Knowing that she was Somali I figured it had to do with that country. Assuming would be if "Somalia" wasn't known at the time. Like, if we just used Palestine because Israelis have been so outspoken against her...that would be more assumption. Now we can dither on the proper application of the verb "figured".

Anyway you parse it your basis was wrong.
She lied and frauded us to get her brother here.
You know some people did something
