I am not sure how long Rice will keep Matthew Reckling if we start hitting....verse Sam Hos. St, he only lasted 1.2 innings, gave up 5 hits, 4 earned runs, but did K 2 guys.

Lets get to him early and force them to go to the pen.

on an unrelated note, why does Rice's website states, "The fourth-ranked Rice baseball team (10-5) wraps-up its current homestand with a game against a Texas team that is as high as No. 1 in the nation in some polls on Tuesday (Mar. 17)."

If they are going to use a ranking for their team, use the same poll for Texas...did they just pick the poll that has them ranked the highest? If Texas is #1 or #2 in that poll, just put that.
