I will say that it DOES say at the bottom that the caveat is "unless supervisor permission is obtained" and that these are "exceptional circumstances." So basically I have to check with my boss before I can prosecute someone for shoplifting or destroying someone's property, and we're making it clear that we're almost never going to do this. Instead, we'll either dismiss the charge, send him to job training, and MAYBE we'll require restitution.

Cool. No mixed signals there.

Eventually, this will end gender division in all sports. What would be the point of having Womens Golf Tour or Pro Womens Tennis when its all X-men at the top? Just let it all devolve into single competitions for all comers.

The good news for colleges will be the gigantic savings. Think of the money that goes into the giant black financial hole created by all those female scholarships. The purpose of Title IX will be entirely subsumed. And the costs forced upon schools by Title IX of maintaining all those different classes of rowing and even softball will be eliminated. All teams will be gender neutral, open to everyone. Because, why have them?

For the record, i think rowing and softball are great. Ive done both. Girls playing team sports in general is great. Am definitely all in on that. What I never understood was why you think you should have a legal right to stick your grubby fingers in my wallet and force me pay for your girl's softball team.

The only people who could possibly be upset, offended, or harmed by that situation are the people whose lives are somehow directly impacted by this person's actions. Clearly the last people we should be listening to... If we've learned nothing from this year, it's that detached, academic generalization is the way to go in making any value judgment.

The size and muscle difference is astounding. The women look like tiny ants trying to bring down a rhino.

As someone who played some sports, and with a niece who currently pole-vaults for Arkansas on scholarship ( she is beautiful blond, straight A student in electrical engineering, and also begins and ends the official SEC commercial, running to the vault in slow mo) this issue hits hard for me. While her parents have the money to have sent her to college, what if they hadn't? What if some "woman" had taken her place? She wouldn't have been able to realize her dreams.
I can't imagine her having to pole vault against one of these mutants, and I know how incredibly hard she has worked since high school.
It really makes me sick.

The same word that got Hart canned was same word used by Amy Schumer, with no repercussion. It's always interesting to see the ranking system for the PC crowd. A-As used to be on top. But ....

 
I'm really surprised female athletes haven't publicly complained yet. I bet this is very very frustrating to them on many levels. I have to figure in a year or two one of them will let their guard down sometime and say something politically incorrect.

We live in a society that really hates women, if this kind of thing is normalized.

Women's athletics have long had a liberal bent because of Title IX and the "female empowerment" push. There is probably enormous pressure NOT to complain. They'd treat you like someone who complained about a pro sport being racially integrated. They'd call you an intolerant sellout who wants to deny someone of "equal" opportunity.

On a side note, what I find remarkable about the Australian player is that he used to compete with the men before "transitioning." I'll bet he didn't dominate there like he does now.
 
They need to walk off the field. It's disgusting and completely unfair. No doubt they would be slammed by the politically correct crowd but something has to stop this ****.
 
Deez, I agree that the professional administrators are pressured to or believe in the idea of gender fluidity. They make money and have to toe the company line.

I am talking about the female athletes. The average, every day girl who is getting brutalized. You know they sense that something is seriously wrong and are suffering for it. The league commissioners and ADs are being paid to ignore it.

I'm talking about them too. If one of these girls complained, she'd be villified by both the media, administrators, and her more liberal teammates. The "Men Have Periods" thug would turn her into David Duke.

The college athletes have probably been instructed not to comment negatively. I personally know some of the folks involved in this, including the female atty who sued UT over Title iX (her dad was my dad's favorite artist). This is a cottage industry worth big money to the insiders. They are not going to let it just slip through their fingers.

The pros I dont know. If one of these guys starts dominating pro tennis, which is probably on the way, it's hard to imagine the Williams sisters staying silent. The rest of female pro tennis is mostly Euros/Russians - will they just sit there and let some guy come in and steal their money? It's hard to imagine. Most of these people are liberal politically until it affects them directly. Then they amazingly convert into ruthless capitalists. And what if its not just one guy tennis player taking the big payouts, but several guys (who may look cuter than some of the gals in their fancy tennis outfits)?

Do the sponsors hang in there with this is a separate question. Again, think it all the way through and you will get to my conclusion above, one sport open to all genders/partial genders (like the bar in Star Wars).

In any event, this is the world they helped create, so now they have to live in it.

I dated a UT swimmer for alittle while (they lived at Kinsolving back then). She did some international competitions. She had this funny lockerroom tale about how they were in the middle of changing when they heard a bunch of men burst through the doors. She said it was comical as they fell over each other scrambling for towels, only to then see the East German womens team walk in.

The problem is that they are ostracized when they speak out. Even asking simple questions on social media is enough to get a permanent ban.

I know of one person who curated a very thorough website that documented the abuses of women and who has since been banned from WordPress because they dare deigned to highlight the male sex offenders who were now claiming 'female' and had also highlighted the jackass in Canada filing human rights complaints because female spas won't wax his balls. Never mind that the dude still actually uses his male name on his own social media spaces...the fact that it was used by a female means a permanent ban and loss of access to content was warranted.

Females are being told to basically follow the guidance of Clayton Williams from all those years ago.
