Why play a game at night that is not being picked up nationally or regionally.

I dont understand LHN scheduling. I’m sure they have some reasoning or logic involved there, but it’s odd. Perhaps to take advantage of the gap between the 2:30 games ending and the 6:30-7:00 games beginning. Just speculating, no facts.

In the past Kansas has paid Texas for the broadcast rights for the Jayhawk Network to televise the game (yes even Kansas has a real network). I guess that is why aggy, Colorado, Missouri and Nebraska ran away.
