"you had to pass the bill in order to then rewrite it..." is a funny/tragic quote from the comments section of this article describing yet another delay/change in the Obamacare/ACA implementation. Why so many changes? Why so many exemptions? Why can one person wait while others don't have to wait? Equal protection?

This thing stinks. From the WSJ:

"Why so many changes? Why so many exemptions? Why can one person wait while others don't have to wait? "

that NO ONE. not BO , Not Sebelius, not Pelosi or Reed, certainly not a single media person.

Why can no on explain how BO etc can just decide one kind of people get exempt and another kind does not?

I believe they think they can keep changing it because it is a tax. Legal and Constitutional scholars will be discussing that for a long time I would think.

How they can then use that "it is a tax" loophole to deny equal protection to all of the citizens by allowing some to wait and others to not is bothersome at minimum to me.

changing the " mandate" of complying with obamacare for some and not others and trying to say that it a tax is a stretch no one with even a 1/3 of a mind would buy.
There must be some lawsuits in the works over the changes Bo made that affect only some.

Is that your best response, Roger35? Really? Can you not muster a better explanation or mount a better defense of your liberal political heroes?

I see somebody got their MSNBC distraction points today. The Heritage Foundation had no part in writing ACA. Two people from the 80's advocated having everyone get insurance which is hardly close to massive cluster the democrats forced on Americans. Distraction is now the only hope for the midterm elections not being a republican landslide.

I would hope Conservative groups would have a plan similar to what Milton Friedman proposed. His ideas are about polar opposite to the ACA.
