Has anybody noticed an increase in usage of the new 100mb mailbox? I haven't received any new e-mail's, but each day more of my e-mail storage is being used. I'm up to 18% (18mb) despite having less than 1mb of messages in my inbox and other folders. Each time I empty my bulk e-mail it adds 1% to my used storage capacity.

Anybody else had this problem, or know of a solution?

Delete your deleted folder and see if the capacity changes.

Probably a glitch while transitioning to more storage. I'd send 'em a note to see if there is a fix. I had problems with my interface last week and it was fixed within 24 hours.

My yahoo inbox says "You are using X % of 2 GB" when I log in but I am using Mail Plus. I originally paid $20/year for pop3 mail from yahoo beginning when yahoo dropped free pop3 service and have been making that annual payment ever since. I would send an email to the the yahoo email support people and explain your situation. I had some wierd symptoms like yours the day they upgraded the system a couple of weeks ago but it was cleared up the next day.

What about your bulk mail folder?

I have deleted my bulk e-mail folder. Each time I do this it adds 1% to my storage used.

I e-mailed Yahoo yesterday, and am waiting on a response.

Messages in your trash folder and bulk mail folder are not supposed to count towards your limit, so those shouldn't make a difference. Send them an email about it. It's almost certainly a glitch since the upgrade, and you'll be helping them out if you let them know about it.

No response from Yahoo, but it appears to be corrected.
