2) Know what happens to a toad when it gets hit by lightening? Same thing that happens to everything else. - X-men

That X-Men line was the first thing that came to mind, as well.

Saw that in the theater and literally, everyone in the audience went "WTF" after Halle Berry said that line. Everyone seem to think that must have been a mistake in the print or the editing.

It was awful.

However many lines it took the breathtaking Phoebe Cates to describe why she doesn't like Christmas in Gremlins.

Her dad went missing Christmas Eve, the family thought he'd abandoned them, a few days later there was an awful smell from the fireplace, Daddy in a Santa suit is rotting in the chimney.

BAAAAAADDDDD.

And not her fault. That story should have made the page it was originally typed on curl up into a yellow-green turd and commit suicide.

This doesn’t qualify as a 1-2 liner, but George Clooney’s dialogue at the end of From Dusk Till Dawn was so bad it was almost like it was a placeholder for the actual dialogue. I could practically imagine Robert Rodriguez telling him “OK, I haven’t finished scripting this scene yet, so just say something off the top of your head and we’ll come back and reshoot the scene later”.
