I just recently purchased office and installed it. However, whenever i open Word and save a document then close it, this dialogue comes up "The file Normal already exists. would you like to replace the existing file?" So i say no and it wont close. Finally i just say f it and agree to replace the file. I am finally able to quit out of word. The document saves to wherever i chose and the 'Normal' thing saves to templates.
When i go to open the saved file from its location it says "<name of file> is unavailable" and no documents come up but word is open. Then to close it have to go thru teh same ole **** of 'would you like to replace 'Normal'". WTF is up with this?
I've uninstalled and reinstalled office but nothin worked.
