I couldnt find the old hoopgurlz article, but I remember that the two older sisters said that UT was their second choice and they never had a bad word to say about the program I also remember them being unusually friendly with the previous coaching staff even after they had committed to Stanford. (Neka's senior year she ran and hugged GG after their game, even though her letter of intent to stanford had already been signed). So hopefully we can get over the hump with Erica whom by most accounts is better than her sisters at this same stage.

I have to admit, I recall things quite differently. Don't believe either Nneka or Chiney ever visited Texas officially.

Nneka had Duke high on her list prior to Coach G coming to Texas, though. I think she still went on to visit Duke officially and Baylor.

Chiney had UConn as the runnerup to Stanford, I believe.

Both of them were top 5 national recruits in their class on every single recruiting site. I don't think Erica is ranked anywhere near the top 5; I haven't seen her play, so I'm not sure if she is as athletic and hoops-talented as her older sisters.
