Does anyone know if Bev usually keeps her squads fairly small or is that just an effect from Henry arriving at A&M?

A&M has 53 athletes with 11 sprinters.

UT has 32 athletes with 7 sprinters.

Not only is A&M getting the better athletes, they are also getting volume to go with those athletes.

I know Bev won an NC with only 7 athletes one year, but those athletes were ALL-World. We don't have anybody, except for Destinee, like that anymore.

Losing Knight after half a semester in 08 really hurt the team. She competed indoor then turned pro to try out for the Olympics.

Destinee H. will outscore the whole 08 outdoor team by herself this season.

I'm still baffled how WT has dropped so quickly & there is no quick fix!

Plonsky is in a tough situation with this one. It's starting to look a lot like the JC scenario in women's hoops.

Roster is still in the works as mentioned.... I have a feeling Bev is gonna put a lot of the nay-sayers quiet by next year. It's a young squad this year but some names will pop-up. She's gonna turn it around quick.

IF A&M lands that coveted NC....watch out!!!! Henry can hit a string of NCs with the recruiting he is having just like when he was at LSU.

So we finally got to see who will be on the womens track team this year. We have a couple good sprinter out of the DFW area and Stacey Smith. But some those recruits she gave scholarship too.She should not have given a scholarship too. Goggle some of their names and when you see some of their times.You will see exactly what I mean.What going on at Texas with the womens track team. I am not impress at all. Its going to be a long season for the Horns.

You can also include Destiny Lumas in the class, but she will be joining the team during the outdoor THIS season.

Although the signing announcement is out, Bev ain't done recruiting yet.
