Women's T F

Whats happening with our program? Watching the olympic trails, I see three very good longhorn women who left our program early. The latest left after the first semester of her freshman year.

Can't help but think this has cost us at least one national championship and now the aggys and TTU have passes us.

We draft good athletes in several of our programs but they seem to leave very early. Sometimes I wonder if it is better to recruit athletes who may be a little less gifted but who you can depend on to stay for at least three to four years with you.

Yeah this year was tough for me to watch, because I am so use to us being good. We are slowly losing our steam.So did we sign Victoria Jordan.

T&F is going to hurt us in the State Farm Lone Star Competition also because if the Aggies can sweep us they get 6 out of 10 points needed in one competition. I think we can get them in Women's Cross Country this year but 1 out of 5 isn't good. T&F counts at least three times as any other sport in the competion except for basketball and it is still 2 up on those.

Another thing is that our women's T&F hurts us in graduation statistics with all our athletes leaving early and not graduating. The Aggies seem to keep theirs for 4 years so I don't know if we shouldn't be taking some with maybe a little lesser ability but more on long-term dedication.
