Brenda VanLengen will be the host of a sports show dedicated to women's sports, with a lot of coverage of the Big 12. It will be on Overland Park, KS- Sportsradiokc.com and the time is Fridays from 1-2pm starting Friday, February 5th.
 
that's awesome, thanks for the heads up! VanLengen definitely knows the ins-and-outs of Big 12 WBB, so i'll be interested to get her take on this crazy season.

anybody else liisten to "Shootaround with Beth and Debbie"? Mowins and Antonelli put out a podcast every week. it's pretty good. they cover WBB and rundown the weekly stories. ithey do it in conjunction with the WBCA

she had to open with the unfortunate news that KU's Danielle McCray (Big 12 Pre-Season Player of the Year) tore her ACL in practice yesterday. what a devastating end to such a great career. i hate ACL injuries.

That really stinks for KU. Didn't they also lose their PG (Goodrich?) earlier this season or was that on another team?

You never think that they will get injured in practice.

Just FYI....

If any of you didn't catch the broadcast last week with Coach G on (and have been looking for it on the radio website), they have put the broadcasts on itunes as a podcast. Just search for "She's Got Game" on podcasts.
